Been a while since we have updated here…but I assure you we are working hard as ever! Let’s see, what has been going on. As you know, we are only open on Friday nights, and those nights have been fantastic! Lot’s of great people show up and have a few pints. It really is great! We have a lot of people that have made us their Friday happy hour spot, and it thrills us to no end. Thank you so much! Also, we have been on tap at a lot of places around town and beyond lately. This week we will be on tap at LaScola and at Fins here in findlay. We are currently on at Logans and Great Scot. Alexandria’s had us as part of their flight night a couple weeks ago, and if you are in Tiffin, Phat Cakes had us on for a while. In addition to all that we were on tap up a Swig in Perrysburg for their Ohio Craft Beer Takeover event. I hope I am not forgetting anyone, it has been busy for us!
Along with selling lots of beer, we are always working on new recipes. Recently we tapped a Cranberry Pale Ale, and SmoKKed Porter. Those went over very well, and plan to brew more of. We also had a Triple Chocolate Habanero Milk Stout. I just brewed the no Habanero version of this, and plan to have it on tap in March. Coming up we have another new one. I call it, Hellacious Honey Wheat. This is our first wheat…and I think it is coming along nicely. Should be on tap in a couple weeks. This one comes in at 6.9%… hello!
